Once again I needed something to make in order to use up some chillies. Here is the recipe, it turned out great.

  • White Vinegar (Enough to fill the bottle)
  • 5 Bhut Jolokias
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

I combined the ingredients in my food processor to blend them up then I simply poured it into the bottle. It gets hotter over the next month or so. You can opt to filter out the chilli and garlic pulp after the desired heat is reached.
